In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the jp388 Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. If jp388 determines at any time that a User is, or was at the time of registration, under the age of 21, jp388 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all Bets placed, and retain any deposits made during the period of underage use pending further investigation.

2.2 Residency. The jp388 Platform is primarily designed for players who are residents of Indonesia, including but not limited to players located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Bali, and Palembang. Users residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law access the Platform at their own risk. jp388 does not make legal representations on behalf of individual Users regarding the lawfulness of their use in their specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with jp388 and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on jp388: (a) current employees, contractors, agents, or directors of jp388 or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; and (c) any person who has been permanently self-excluded from the jp388 Platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the jp388 Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jp388 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any Bets or Bonus Funds associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. jp388 may require you to re-verify this information at any time.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must notify jp388 immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. jp388 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the jp388 support team via live chat or email. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completed KYC verification.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, jp388 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC). jp388 may also request KYC at any other time, including upon registration, where unusual account activity is detected, or to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's license) showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.

4.3 Processing Time. jp388 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to five (5) business days. jp388 will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required.

4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a User is unable to satisfy jp388's KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe, jp388 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, or close the Account entirely. Any real-money Balance held in a verified-failed Account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and jp388's internal compliance procedures.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jp388 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jp388 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Indonesia, or any other payment method not explicitly listed above.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. jp388 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jp388 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited to your Account within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of confirmed receipt by jp388's payment processor. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. jp388 is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, scheduled maintenance windows, or public holidays recognized in Indonesia.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the portion of your Balance derived from those Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time

jp388 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and under thirty (30) minutes for local bank transfers during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. During periods of unusually high withdrawal volume, processing times may extend up to two (2) business days.

5.6 Transaction Integrity

jp388 employs real-time fraud screening on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any transaction flagged as potentially fraudulent, associated with a stolen payment instrument, or linked to money-laundering activity will be suspended pending investigation. jp388 cooperates with Indonesian financial institutions and relevant authorities in connection with such investigations.

6.1 General. jp388 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). 6.2 Claiming Bonuses. To claim a promotional offer, a User must meet all eligibility criteria specified in the promotion's individual terms, which may include minimum deposit amounts, use of a specific promotional code, or completion of a qualifying action within a defined time window. jp388 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting Bonus Funds and to withdraw an offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion type is specified in the promotion's individual terms page. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied in full, the portion of your Balance attributable to Bonus Funds is not eligible for withdrawal.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Sports bets (excluding certain special markets) and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws typically contribute 100% of the stake value. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms. jp388 reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing to Wagering Requirements at any time.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used and Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your Balance without compensation.

6.6 Abuse & Fraud Prevention. jp388 actively monitors Account activity for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets across multiple Accounts to clear Wagering Requirements risk-free (commonly known as "bonus whoring" or "arbitrage betting"), using automated betting software, or participating in collusive play. Where bonus abuse is detected, jp388 reserves the right to void all Bets placed using Bonus Funds, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Bets placed on the jp388 Platform are subject to acceptance by jp388. jp388 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a manifest error in the odds displayed; (b) the relevant market has already closed or the event has concluded; (c) jp388 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (d) the User's Account is under review.

7.2 Sports Betting. jp388 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton (including All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and the Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and selected e-sports markets including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

7.3 Parlay and Mix Parlay Bets. jp388 supports accumulator (parlay) betting and the mix parlay (multi-sport accumulator parlay) format, which is highly popular among Indonesian bettors. A mix parlay bet requires a minimum of three (3) selections and all selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If any selection is voided, the remaining selections stand and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

7.4 Togel. jp388 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw betting across multiple draw formats and markets. All togel results are determined by independently published official draw outcomes. jp388 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between draw results published by third-party sources and the official draw result used for settlement purposes.

7.5 Manifest Errors. Where a Bet has been accepted due to a manifest error in odds, market name, event description, or any other material parameter, jp388 reserves the right to void that Bet and return the stake to the User's Account. jp388 will not honour winnings resulting from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event concluded.

7.6 Settlement. Bets are settled as soon as practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event and confirmation of the official result. In-play bets are settled based on the score or outcome at the time the relevant market closed, unless otherwise stated in the specific market's rules. jp388 targets a settlement window of within two (2) hours of the final result for all standard markets.

8.1 Commitment. jp388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide all registered Users with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to help them maintain control over their betting activity.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the jp388 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, including through the use of a third party's personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jp388.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jp388 Platform, including its software, odds algorithms, or security systems.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money-laundering scheme or for the processing of proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain funds, free bets, or any other benefit to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the jp388 Platform — including but not limited to the jp388 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jp388 or its duly licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. jp388 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) use the jp388 brand or logo in any context without prior written consent; or (c) create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10.3 Third-Party Providers. Game content on the Platform is provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of their respective rights holders.

11.1 Platform Availability. jp388 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times; however, jp388 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond jp388's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or widespread internet disruptions in Indonesia).

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure during a live Bet; loss of data; missed betting opportunities; or financial loss resulting from reliance on odds or information displayed on the Platform.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where jp388's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jp388's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their jp388 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that jp388 provides no guarantee of winnings. You are solely responsible for all Bets placed from your Account and for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

12.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by jp388 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the jp388 Privacy Policy.

12.2 jp388 processes personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents, payment information, and betting history for the purposes of Account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotions. jp388 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. 14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents jp388 from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
